How can we help

How does customization work?

It’s simple. You pick a product. You pick a design or tell us how you want it to look (logo, colors, copy). We create designs for you to review. We collaborate on the designs until you’re happy with one. With your approval, we produce the order and deliver about three weeks later. Keep in mind there are minimum quantities required for each product.

Can I create my own design and have you make it?

Yes of course! Each product page has a template under the artwork section, there you can download the template for the product you are interested in and then send it to us to check and make sure it works. Our team will then work with you to make any adjustments that may be needed.

How long does it take to complete an order?

Custom orders depend on the item purchased. Fully Custom orders take roughly 3-4 weeks after art approval and payment.

What should I do if there is a problem with my custom order?

We stand behind every product we make, and if we fall short on quality or delivery, we'll make it right, guaranteed.

Can I get a sample of my product or design?

We offer free random samples so you can experience our product quality firsthand. Additionally, we can create a pre-production sample featuring your design before you place a full order. There is a $75 fee for this service, it is automatically refunded with your full order of that product.
